Sex and Virtual Friendship

As our today's technology develops, our methods of communication become more diverse and as a consequence, the ways by which we interact with people also change. Thanks to the internet, today it's possible to make sex friends without even meeting them in person (at least in the process of acquaintance). More than that, it's even possible to establish romantic relationships over the internet even when we barely know our partner and vice versa.

Making sex friends or dating on the internet may be a lot of fun. You would be surprised in finding how many people we virtually meet having the same interests and opinions than us. It's not always easy to establish or maintain online relationships with our virtual sex friends or the people we are dating on the internet. It requires a lot of effort and understanding from both parts to keep a healthy relationship. On the other hand, it's getting easier every day to make new friends on the internet, thanks to the several options of communication we find available, such as instant messengers, adult dating sites and others.

But why one choose the internet to make new friends? Would it be a sign that our relationships are becoming more distant? Could we be just like the celebrities, corresponding with our friends and acquaintances without ever seeing their faces? In fact, the internet is just one more way to new people, and if it's a sign of something, is that our communication is reaching a level never seen before.

The internet is full of options to make new friends or to establish new relationships (whether they'll be romantic relationships or not). Sign up to some of the adult dating sites available and start to make new friends, it's worth the try and the results may surprise you. The internet is also very helpful to keep in touch with friends or relatives that currently live abroad.

Agent Jack Bauer on "24" has got nothing on John Ahlen. You wanna talk about a REALLY harrowing day?

"Our weekend was one death-match after another," Ahlen recently wrote his blogosphere friends — a virtual "Carnival of Pain." Of his nemesis, he wrote, "I had to fight dirty ... I threw sand in its eye, knee-capped it with a pipe, and stabbed it in the face."

Competition for friends can be so fierce that ad-supported Web sites are cropping up. They plug you into a system where you can start automatically generating friends -- or where you can generate fake friends -- to make lists look fat.

And last October, a 19-year-old calling himself "Samy" took credit for writing a computer worm that automatically generated friends on his MySpace page. read more
