The latest celebrity to spin his backstage life into a TV script, the former "That '70s Show" star has sold Fox an idea for a comedy series called "30-Year-Old Grandpa," executives say. It's about the complications that ensue when a young man becomes the stepfather to a brood of kids remarkably close to his own age, according to the trade paper Variety.

Sound familiar? Well, don't necessarily expect to see inside secrets of the union between Kutcher, 27, and Moore, 42. The project, produced by Kutcher's Katalyst TV banner in association with 20th Century Fox Television, will be written by someone else (sitcom writer Holly Hester), and Fox has only committed to producing a pilot.

"I couldn't shake the childish hope that, just like a fairy tale, everything would be all better. But I knew that Martin & Lewis' days were numbered," he writes. "Meanwhile, we continued to perform together, but we weren't really speaking. Then we closed the book on 10 great years - with the exception of the last 10 months. Those were horrific - 10 months of pain and anger, uncertainty and sorrow."

A photographer suspected of planting a listening device outside 's home will not have to give a DNA sample to police, an appeals court ruled Tuesday.

Police later alleged that celebrity photographer Jamie Fawcett, 43, had been captured on security camera footage near the house around the time the bug was planted.

The Waverley Local Court in April ordered Fawcett to supply police with a DNA sample to be compared with samples allegedly found on the listening device. But Fawcett appealed the ruling to the New South Wales state Supreme Court, which held Tuesday that he could not be forced to provide DNA since there was no evidence he had violated any law.

In her book, "Life is Not a Fairy Tale," Fantasia said she couldn't read after attending local schools. She also described how her friends used to call High Point, N.C., the "Land of the Dead."

Kyle Sandler, 29, and Jennifer English, 26, have created a Web site to counter the book's descriptions. Council member Latimer Alexander said there are no plans to remove the signs, although he said they are not permanent.
